Used 2015 John Deere 1990

About this unit

This used John Deere 1990-style CCS air seeder offers a 40-foot working width on 15-inch spacing, making it a strong match for covering acres efficiently while maintaining consistent seed placement. The single shoot configuration keeps the system straightforward and easier to maintain, while extended wear seed boots are designed to reduce downtime and replacement frequency in abrasive conditions. Smooth gauge wheels help maintain accurate seeding depth and a clean furrow, especially in tilled or softer ground. The large seed (white) meter roller is set up to handle higher rates and larger seed sizes, giving flexibility for crops that require more volume. It is equipped with a SeedStar CCS monitor, but it is set up less display, so the buyer will need a compatible in-cab display to run the system.
