New 2024 John Deere 17 P

About this unit

The John Deere 17 P is a compact excavator for landscaping, trenching, and light utility work on properties where space is tight and the ground needs to stay in good shape. Rubber tracks are gentler on lawns, drives, and finished surfaces than steel tracks, so you can dig near the house or along a fence line and leave less cleanup behind. At 3920 lb operating weight with the canopy and standard arm, it is a manageable size for working close to buildings and in narrow spaces. A Yanmar engine and a 10.5 gpm main hydraulic pump give the boom, arm, and bucket steady power for digging trenches, setting footings, and backfilling. The canopy gives the operator overhead protection during long days of digging. Representative photos shown. Actual unit may vary.
