The new, innovative saw chain from STIHL is a good choice for pros in forestry and agriculture, facilitating even faster felling and delimbing of trees with your STIHL chainsaw. The advantages of this saw chain particularly shine through when it comes to cutting wood fibres. The STIHL Rapid HEXA saw chain is based on the patented and exclusive STIHL HEXA system. The HEXA saw teeth and HEXA file are shaped to directly match together, meaning quick, easy, and precise sharpening of the saw chain. It not only lets you saw faster, a HEXA saw chain also stays sharp for up to 50% longer and can tackle up to 20% more cuts than a conventional full-chisel saw chain. Additionally, the HEXA system prevents abrasion to the drive links and connecting links, thereby minimising the risk of chain breakage. Even inexperienced users can achieve an almost-ideal sharpening angle when resharpening. As such the STIHL .325" Rapid Hexa saw chain offers a significantly longer service life. Thanks to the high cutting quality of the full chisel tooth, the Rapid Hexa saw chain ensures that you can always make clean and precise cuts with your chainsaw. The low-vibration chain contributes to smooth operation, so you can use your chainsaw, such as the STIHL MS 261, to efficiently fell trees and shred thicker wood precisely. Thanks to the low chattering tendency, you can position the chainsaw precisely and guide it safely through the wood. Only the Hexa file can be used to sharpen the Hexa saw chain.
